registration of a new MS200

Hi,
Im new at this forum. I have a question to netgear and I can't find any other places to ask.
The mail adress below dos not seems to work :confused:

I have bought a new Stora MS200 14th of april. I have installed my old HD from my old MS200. Now I am trying to registrate the new MS200 but it says "I have bought a new Stora MS200. I have installed my old HD from my old MS200. Now I am trying to registries the new MS200 but it says "Your Stora was unable to register itself with mystora.com. Please consult the error message below, and email support@netgear.com if necessary”
