WNDR3400 no internet but still wireless

I've had my WNDR3400set up and working for a year. Everything wireless. Laptops, printer and mobile. Last night the internet connection failed. I isolated the problem to the WNDR3400. I can hard wire from laptop to cable modem (Motorola SurfBoard) and internet works fine. Wired or wireless, I can connect to the setup page fine and all my wireless devises can see and connect to the router but they are unable to receive internet. Are there any programs that can diagnose internal issues? Windows is unable to correct connection problem.

Below are some of the things I've tried:

Unplug several times.
Turn off/on wireless.
Power button.
Complete reset with reset button back to defaults with no security.
Complete reset and setup back with security.
Unplug and restarted cable modem too.
Restarted everything.
