NTV550 Forced subtitles DVD .iso

I have a DVD backup in .iso format that has "forced subtitles" subtitles that show up (when someone is speaking a different language) on regular DVD players even if subtitles are off. I have not been able to get the NTV550 to use forced subtitles even though they play fine if played on my computer. Any suggestions?
