Readyshare won't recognise WD external HDD

Hi there,

I have just bought a DGN2200M and am having problems getting it to recognize my Western Digital My Book Home Edition 500GB external drive.

The drive will plug directly :confused:into any computer (via USB) and is immediately recognized, but not my router.

I can plug any other USB flash drive or external HDD we have in the house into the router and Readyshare sees it.

Any suggestions?
