Our office is using this router for our primary gateway to the Internet. It was configured and in service before I started working here.
No one knows the admin password, so we are unable to gain web access to administer this device.
Is there a way to backup the current config so we can do a factory reset and then restore the config once have access to the device?
We know there are custom ports open to support some in house application getting through the firewall, so we are very reluctant to reset it without a copy of the current config.
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated!
