I know there are more frustrating issues that mine, but I need to put this out there in hopes that someone in the R&D dept will fix this.
The Genie product is great. I appreciate the real time view of my network without having to be logged into the router interface; however, I took the time to customize all the unidentified objects with proper labels. When I did the recent upgrade, all those settings were gone!!! I'm not asking the router to store this info, but I would have expected a custom config file in my local %appdata% to retain all my settings.
