Have a problem with the DGN3500 I bought yesterday. Upon powerup, it does not attempt to connect to our ADSL broadband connection. I have to go to "Router Status", click "Connection Status" then click the "Connect" button to initiate a connection (which is successful). Next time the router is rebooted, it won't connect until I do all that.
I have the latest version of the firmware, V1.1.00.33_1.00.33, and "Connect Automatically, as Required" in "WAN Setup" is ticked. I am in talks with Netgear support staff, who have suggested reverting to factory settings and inputting all settings again. I have done so, but the problem persists. Waiting for a reply from Netgear now, but wanted to see if the community had an answer.
So, can you help?
