I went out and bought a new WNDR3400 to replace my old router since I was getting very slow speeds.
Turns out Im still having very slow speeds and I'm out of ideas. My connection says im connected at 72.2 Mbps my signal is excellent.
I'm about 20 feet from the with one wall in between us and Im only getting in the range of 800-990 Kbps when transferring to a NAS that is hardwired into the router.
I have disabled all firewalls and anti-virus. I am just using WPA2-PSK AES encryption. channel is on auto and speed up to 300 mbps selected.
I dont understand why my connection on uploading is so crappy. When I start uploading to the NAS I start getting packet loss when pinging the gateway.
Im not sure what to do I even took the router back twice and replaced it. Any help would be appreciated
