no 40mhz on 2.4ghz

for some reason multiple computers see the max possible from the router on 2.4 as being 217mbits. it just will not fit out 2 channels worth and even then its slow as hell, cant seem to wake wifi do more than about 2MBs.

thoughts. suggestions.
