NTV200 restarts itself often

I watch the YuppTV app most of the times.
And the device just restarts itself in the middle of playing a channel.

Sometimes, the playback video freezes, and just the audio is coming out for about 10 seconds, after that the device restarts itself.

Sometimes, the device suddenly restarts without any freeze.

Is this a device firmware problem, or channel problem?
