Forgotten Password of one user

I have a stora and have done so for a while with no issues. Recently I created a user for my son where he could place his own files.

The password has been forgotten and for some reason I cannot reset when logged in as an administrator - I get error "a file system error occurred on the server".

I've also tried deleting the user to no avail - other users I can reset and delete without issue.

I've also tried the reset tools from the cd but that just reports it's unable to reach mystora.com.

Any help would be appreciated.
