Is this router DEAD?

Hi All,

Got given a WNR2000 to have a look at,

Hooked up a USB-TTL cable and all i'm getting is a constant loop displaying:

That same block just repeats over and over and the power led is just solid orange

Is it totalled? tried 30/30/30 already with no luck
