Hello,
I've been looking into getting a WD drive for my network and it got me thinking what type to get, i was considering getting a Standard WD Desktop USB drive to use in conjunction with the inbuilt ReadyShare on my DGND3300 v2 but i also thought whether it would be possible to use a WD Ethernet Network drive with the ReadyShare software. I'm rather confident that the ReadyShare software is primarily a USB thing but i was wondering whether the router would still recognise the Ethernet Drive and i could still use the ReadyShare IP features.
i'm pretty sure its irrelevant but just in case:
- Windows Vista x86
- DGND 3300v2 - 2.1.00.54
Thanks for any help in advance,
Harvey
