Files deleted from stora

Hi can anyone help, files have been deleted from my Netgear stora. Its all working fine with no problems and has single 2TB disk in it.

I read some old threads on people trying to look for Windows tools like undelete etc. for Linux, but it there any?

I know I will need to use linux boot cd to read XPS disk format, but is there actually any tools to recover the deleted files, I haven't used or copied any data to stora since deletion of the files.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
