I hope someone may be able to help. i have trawled through the forums, but to no avail!
I have had a Stora for about 2 years and have had no problems. I'm currently on v2.6, and have signed up for the Premium Service, which was then 'grandfathered'. My Stora hasn't been rooted.
Anyway, up until the beginning of October, i had the Stora on power timer, as I don't really use it overnight, but when i had to go away to another timezone and needed access to it, i switched the power timer off so it ran 24/7. Anyway, when i came home i noticed that there is no power timer option. in fact, there is no USB backup option, and no information about the premium service.
When i click on the 'get subscription option on the web interface and log in, it tells me i am a premium user. I have tried pretty much everything and have no idea how to correct this. does anyone have any suggestions?
