My Stora has had just blue flashing power light and the hard reset/reflash/self-test does nothing.
I have had case open with Netgear since 5th November and am just getting automated responses from them now. Has anyone got a telephone number for these guys or had any similar experiences with online support.
My Stora is still under warranty till June 2013.
