Heya,
I just run the combination of the wndr 3300 + wpn 311 rangemax and had to switch due to the unfortunate death of the 3300 to the 3700.
I basicly run newest firmware on both devices and the setup was quiet easy, used almost the same specs for the new router than the old one (have my experience with channels in my neighbourhood and stuff).
Well my problem is:
If streaming / using VOIP I used to get disconnects / high packet loss (50%+) every few minutes and I was searching for the reason.
Outcome till now:
pinging my router -t will give me overall 3-6% packetloss over the day. Most of the time its like 2-3 Pings loss in a row killing stream and causing major problems in Skype or TS3
I even deactivated sip / nat to be sure its not causing problems but the issue is not going away.
With the former router I NEVER had issues like that.
Any clue about how to fix it?
Makes me going crazy :/
Regards,
Ralf
