I have D6300 with firmware V1.0.0.16_1.0.16 and iphone 5 on IOS 6.0.2 running the Readyshare Cloud app.
The problem I have is that I have my account set up to allow me to share files and i can log in to http://readyshare.netgear.com and see my D6300.
But when I try and log in from the iPhone app i get the error message :-
"Please check that your ftp service on your Readyshare is running and that you are running the latest version of the Readyshare Cloud Add-On"
The bit about Readyshare Add on doesn't mean much to me, I have tried reloading the add and also going into the router settings and logging out of the readyshare and then logging back in again but I continue to get the above message.
Just interested to see if anyone else is successfully accessing their files from their Iphone 5 using the same app ?
I have opened a ticket with Netgear and just like my problems with LPC they have been unable to solve this one as yet....
