I am trying to set up the wireless access list in a DG834Gv5 using the MAC given in two different WiFi enabled phones, but the router is claiming the MAC codes are invalid! They aren't, as they are exactly what the phones, two different makes and models, are showing when asked.
Why are they being rejected? I have tried numerous formats, having started with the usual xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx format and trying many different options for the separators. But still they are rejected as 'invalid' when they can't be.
Ideas please?
