DGN1000 N150 Wireless ADSL2+ Modem Router

Hi,

I have just tried to set up the above and have internet connection however when moving on to set up Wi-Fi the following error message is received:

Runtime error D:\bin\IA\NETGEARgenie.exe

This application has requested the runtime to terminiate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the applications support team for more information.

Can someone please advise what the issue is and what I need to do to resolve it?
