I have a WNR2000 v3 router with wireless connections that range from "excellent" signal strength to "low"--but the "low" is in my office, which is inconvenient at best. :) My service provider techs told me that it helps to change the WiFi channel...which I did. But no matter what "channel" I'm supposedly on, when I go into WiFi networks on the Genie, it always shows me as being on Channel 5. Right now, I'm supposedly on Channel 11...except there. Why is the switch of channel never showing up? Is this a router glitch?:confused:
