Netgear DGN3500 lag

Always when i play games and that so will I get lag about every 10 minute.
(the lag goes on for about 5 seconds)

I am using wired connection.

I have contacted netgear in Sweden and they gave me an new copy of it for an "fix" cause they thought my old one was broken, but it wasen't.

I have "Googled" around for quite some long time now and i haven't found any help for this, please help me cause it is so annoying.
