QoS Settings - keep/delete/add questions

i'm looking for some assistance with QoS settings. i have a wndr3700v3 router. i don't play any computer games and the router has an extensive list. does it matter if they are deleted? which settings should not be touched? my kids have two xboxes (sp?) - one wired and one wireless and i have a linksys pap2t wired for voip. should i make any additions to the settings to improve the performance of any of these?
