new hard drive

I have store up and running (it is recognized by the network).

I have done a hard reset and the green light on the network connector is let and all seems right there.

I put a new hard drive in and I get a solid blue and a solid amber light that stays that way all the time (I left it on over night)

The drive when connected to a PC or a Mac can be found and formatted.

Any ideas????
