Folder backed up doesn't show sub folders

Here's a new one for me. I was able to drag and drop a folder from my computer to the Stora/mycomputers/ folder under my user name and documents. But, there was no arrow or indicator showing that there are sub-folders under this folder. Why?
It would not let me drop it under my username, only mydocuments. I find that weird as well as this is not the way my computer is organized.
I need to get this Stora straightened up to match my pc so I can depend on finding things when I need to.
