WNDR3700 - What's next? to expand more ports

I've been using WNDR3700 for about 3 years. Been a great wireless router.
I now need more than 4 ports.

So any suggestions for what would be a good performance system?

Cable Modem -> ???????? -> 8 wired ports and wireless
