Netgear Genie

I just bought and hooked up the R6300 about a week ago and as most are aware it comes with the Netgear Genie software. I just had a few questions and comments. When I click on Netgear Genie's "Internet" tab, the page shows component connections on top, a graph in the middle, and on the bottom of the page there is a slider bar and "High Traffic Threshold" box.

My Internet provider speed is 32 Mbps, but the slider on the bottom of the Netgear Genie page only goes to 20 Mbps maximum. I'm worried that this router is going to only allow 20 Mbps speeds and throttle or block anything over that. Also regarding the "High Traffic Threshold" box...Does anyone know what this option is for and what it limits? If the slider and threshold option is for graphing purposes only, and not literally limiting real-time data speed, then one has to wonder why this software was written to only show 20 Mbps when ISP's have much higher speeds available.

On the positive side; the WiFi speed on my smartphone is 13.4 Mbps @2.4 GHz using the R6300. On my older Netgear router which always worked well only gave me 11.1 Mbps max. So this improvement is a plus indeed.
