So I was updating my WNDR3400 to the latest version via a hardwired upload when Chrome crashed. Since then the router does not display any lights other than a blinking power light and the ethernet switch devices that are connected. I tried accessing the page and no luck, it'll start opening up the frames but nothing ever shows. I tried factory reseting and no luck there either. Luckily I backed up my configuration so I can get up to speed BUT I need to be able to restore the settings on the router... which I can't do. Can someone help me? I'm thinking I need to manually re-flash the router, but I don't see any documentation on how to do that.
