Hi,
After years of being stable my FVS338 is rebooting itself, sometimes several times an hour, other times once or twice a day. It is very disruptive. When it reboots the test light stays solid for several min, then it slowly returns to normal operation.
Since it is a few years old, my first thought was to upgrade - but when you think of all the port forwarding rules, DHCP reservations , especially VPN config - it takes so long to get this all setup in a new device.
I have a 2 part question -
1) any insight on how to figure out why it reboots. Below is the log after a reboot.
2) If I buy a new VPN firewall router - Any suggestions on a replacement that would be easy to migrate the same configuration too ? Will any other router read the FVS338 config / backup files ?
Thanks,
Doug
