Can't access admin page

Hi,
I disabled DHCP and then I immediately lost my internet connection and the ability to access my router. I meant to disable it on my NAS.

However, now, I can't access my router anymore. I factory reset the router and I still can't get any internet access or access to the router.

How am I supposed to get access to my router again?

I'm using Linux Mint 13, not windows. The router has been working for a couple years already and it only stopped working after I accidentally disabled the DHCP.
